Return & Exchange Policy

We accept returns and exchanges under the conditions outlined below.

1. Return Window

Items may be returned or exchanged within the specified period (e.g. 7–14 days) from delivery, in unused and original packaging where possible.

2. Conditions for Return/Exchange

Products must be in resalable condition with tags attached. We reserve the right to refuse returns that do not meet these conditions.

3. How to Initiate

Contact our support team with your order number and whether you want a refund or exchange. We will provide return instructions and, if applicable, a return label or pickup arrangement.

4. Exchanges

Exchanges for a different size, color, or product are subject to availability. If the requested item is not available, we may offer a refund instead.

5. Return Shipping

Return shipping costs may be the responsibility of the customer unless the return is due to our error or a defective product.
